ORDER DEADLINES AND DELIVERY AREAS
Quality and Freshness is well worth the wait. We don’t mass produce our meals in advance therefore as a result we do have a longer leadtime. This allows us to carefully plan all our meals and to ensure that our quality processes are correctly followed. All our meals are carefully planned for and freshly prepared each week for your enjoyment. Order leadtimes are 10 days from order deadline which is by COB on a Thursday.
RENEWAL OF ORDERS
Once you have an active order, a reminder will be sent to you to you 10 days before the end of your package to remind you to renew your order in time so that you can enjoy continuous deliveries without the wait
We deliver to Jhb, PTA, DBN & CPT
All our deliveries are scheduled per route and take place weekly for the duration of your package between 8am and 3:30 pm on a Monday. Please note that due to the delivery process it is unfortunately not possible to specify a time for delivery. If you are not available during these times, please ensure someone is available to accept your package on your behalf.
Should you wish to change your delivery address for a specific delivery day, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to accommodate accordingly
If you are not available or contactable at the time of delivery, your meal pack will be returned back to the depot. You may be required to collect your meal pack from the depot or alternatively a re-delivery fee may be charged at a higher rate for deliveries that need to be re-delivered due to unavailability. We will endeavor to keep the meal packs as fresh as possible, however Servd Fresh cannot be held responsible for meals that may spoil as a result of non-delivery due to extended transit time that is not directly as cause of Servd Fresh.
