FRESH FUEL FAQ
Servd Fresh offers a sustainable balanced lifestyle approach to eating. Servd Fresh does not exclude any food groups allowing you to have your cake and eat it (in moderation of course!). Servd Fresh Chefs are all qualified chefs and have a 100% hands on approach. Servd Fresh provides a 4 week rotational menu which is updated each season. The unique 4 week menu approach allows for creativity and variety ensuring that the boredom factory does not set in. All our packaging is 95% biodegradable which means that not only is it kinder to the environment but to your health too!
Servd Fresh meals are balanced and nutritious. It is like having your own personal chef and nutritionist. You get to eat nutritious, tasty gourmet meals each day without having to shop, prepare and cook them yourself, saving you time and money. There is no more counting calories or concerning youself with food labels and you can be assured that you are only receiving meals that have been prepared without the use of harmful additive. By following a healthy diet, in addition to weight loss, you can be assured of lowered cholestral levels, stronger mental focus, better sleep and increased vitality.
By changing your lifestyle and eating correctly, you will lose weight. Servd Fresh is not diet food, it is real food that you should be eating everyday which has correctly prepared, balanced and portioned. There are no miracle cures, tablets or shakes that will help you lose and sustain your weight. A mental shift and change in lifestyle is what it takes to give you a slimmer and healthier life.
Servd Fresh is purely an online service. You will need create an account, shop online for the products that you require, add to your basket and checkout.
Servd Fresh caters for limited food allergies. Please refer to website and information provided in the plans and pricing section regarding food allergies.
Servd Fresh offers a convenient EFT or Credit Card payment option available online. You will see these options available to you once you have completed your purchase and have checked out.
Servd Fresh is not a subscription service. Once your package has come to an end, Servd Fresh will inform you via email as well as remind you ahead of next order deadline should you wish to renew your package.
Should you need to travel, Servd Fresh will hold your meals for that period. Due to the nature of service meals may only be paused at week increments ie end day needs to be a Friday and the new start date a Monday. Servd Fresh requires a minimum of 5 working days notice. Insufficient notice will result in a full order charge. For all going away requirements, an email will need to be sent to email@example.com. A voucher will be issued as a credit for the away days.
Servd Fresh does not offer cash refunds. Should an order be cancelled, you will be issued with a credit coupon which may redeemed against you next order. Please see our terms and conditions relating to coupons
All new orders need to be in by 12pm on a Friday for the following Monday delivery. Orders received after this deadline will automatically fall to the following Monday delivery. All current orders that are due to be renewed, need to be renewed by the Wednesday prior to the following Monday delivery.
Delivery addresses may be changed, however we do require a 24 hour notice period. Notice of change of address received outside of this period may not be able to be accommodated. To change your delivery address, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Your FRESHFUEL meals are fully microwaveable. Microwave time is 2 – 3 minutes dependant on microwave
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended, however if this cannot be avoided, moderation needs to be applied and limited to 1 to 2 drinks a night preferably with sugar free mixers if applicable.
Meals do not need to be frozen, unless you do not consume them within the expiry date. Not all meals may be frozen due to incompatibility of freezing.
Local meal deliveries are all packed in a disposable bag. If you are having your meals delivered to an area where there is no refrigeration available, you will need to ensure that you have a cooler bag filled with ice bricks available on the day of delivery.
If a delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery day will automatically be moved to the last working day prior to the public holiday. Should a public holiday fall on a Monday, the order will then be moved to delivery on the Tuesday and the Mondays meals will be credited.
